At Tinge of Ginge, we are committed to farming in partnership with our environment. Our entire growing system is nestled amongst a natural bush land backdrop.

Annual production of ginger is a twelve month process that combines natures inputs with strategic managed inputs. Once our ginger reaches its peak maturity, we carefully hand-harvest each rhizome to ensure only the finest quality makes its way to the next stage. From there, we employ a gentle cold-pressing process that preserves the gingers natural goodness, locking in its potent health properties, heat and flavours.
